Our Team
BRIAN LOGAN With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Brian is well-known player in the DC real estate market. He started his brokerage firm in 1987 and has been an ever present name in the DC market. He provides guidance for the entire team.
MATTHEW VILARDO Matt has over 20 years of real estate experience and specializes in luxury condos and has worked extensively with a number of developers from inception to completion of new luxury condo projects. In addition, Matt has worked extensively with investors in 1031 tax free transactions. Matt has an extensive finance back ground having worked in the New York financial world and has a wealth of resources.
BILL CASTELLANI Bill's expertise in the city neighborhoods. He has lived in DC for over 30 years and currently lives in Logan Circle. He has a depth of knowledge in Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, DuPont Circle, Shaw, LeDroit Park, and the U Street Corridor. He is always aware of the pulse of the ever changing neighborhoods.
KAMYAR KADIVAR Kamyar, an Electrical Engineer by education, joined the team in 2002 after a successful and progressive 20 year career in Telecommunications. Instead of retiring after leaving the corporate world, he turned his focus on real estate and has been working on various investment projects, both residential rental and commercial. He is not only an agent but an investor himself. He works mostly behind the scenes and takes on very specific projects and travels often between DC and Florida. He is currently involved in managing investments for several investors.
DAVID BROOKS David's expertise is in Historical Districts and their rules and regulations as well as Façade easements donation.
MARK SCOTT
Upon graduating summa cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1995, MARK SCOTT moved to and has called DC home ever since. Over the years, Mark has been lucky enough to have lived in and experience many of DC’s wonderful and historic neighborhoods, including Georgetown, Kalorama, Shaw, and Dupont and Logan Circles. In 2015, after 16 years in mortgage banking, Mark decided to pursue his true passion full time - residential design, development, and sales. In his free time, Mark’s favorite activities include reading, working out, and traveling.
SOLOMON BEYENE
Solomon started his working life as an engineer but was dismayed by the corporate life. He has been successful in real estate investing, a business operator of multiple convenience stores and real estate investments. He often councils people on income tax maters and brings a business savvy to our team. He has an MBA. He is fluent in Amharic.

RASANJALI (Rasa) Wickrema
Rasanjali began exploring the neighborhoods of metro Washington DC after moving here in the early 2000s. Selecting investment properties for herself, family, and friends has deepened her knowledge of the area. She assists first-time homebuyers as well as luxury homebuyers. Her broad experience comes also from her investesment in real estate in CA, PA, and internationally. Rasa has a doctorate in Psychology of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She says it’s not her ivy league education that first drew her to investing in real estate but it’s seeing her brother's portfolio of residential and commercial real estate acquired throughout his life and seeing friends who invest in real estate enjoy a certain flexibilty in living. Rasa decided to get her license in Washington DC and join our team a few years ago.
